For an international recruitment software company, we are looking for a Partner Manager for the German region!
This organisation provides easy to use job posting and candidate sourcing tools for recruitment companies. In this position you will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing the organisation's top partners in Germany. You will work with these top partners to develop the relationship across multiple departments (e.g. sales, marketing, tech) and you will provide training to its sales teams in order to transform leads into revenue. With these trainings you will ensure that the partners are aware of the product's new features and key differentiators. In this way you will make sure that this recruitment software company is considered as a multi-poster choice for all key partners!
